How do we make it happen?
- By holding Exhibitions: Our last workshop was at INA, Delhi Hatt under “Women of India Exhibition” Ministry of Women and Child Development.
- By conducting workshops/seminars/lectures on:-
- Skill development.
- Provide help to set up a small unit for making soap/candles/chocolate/cosmetics.
- Healthy Organic Food/ Aeromatic Herbal Oils/Herbal cosmetic for skin and hair care use.
- Consultancy by Efficiency provider in power consumptions/solar power/dryers.
- Health/Legal/Consumer awareness.
- By organizing tours in education, Herbal/medicinal/farm field recreational adventures.
Become Our Volunteer
- If you are 18 (or will be 18 at the end of June 2016), and You can speak English are open and communicate well, have experience as a volunteer (movements or communities), and a quick learner, and above all you are driven by the deep need to serve people, then….
- If you want to startup your carrier as a volunteer in the above areas we can give you free awareness/consultancy.
What can you expect from volunteering with KST?
Our local team consists of dedicated senior officials/social workers and Advisors/ councilors, who are experienced/ successful from different fields working with underprivileged children and women from different areas. We are happy to share our experience and knowledge with you. Apart from working directly with children/women and bring happiness back to their lives you will learn a lot and will also create the environment to earn:-
- Living conditions of poor families and the ways they choose to break the cycle of poverty.
- To earn while sitting at home.
- Laws, to protect and help women/ children rights in India.
- Teaching, advising. sharing, general knowledge to children between the 5-18 year and also to- Organizing workshops to explore and educate about additional topics.
- Providing lessons for education, health, environments, organic food & nutrition.
- Organizing exhibition/ workshops / to conduct the survey.
- Provide and guide arts & crafts items.
- Supporting in administrative work.
Note: Tasks, expectations, and responsibilities of volunteers/ interns always base on individual agreements between applicants and trust itself according to applicant’s educational background, current scope, and former experience.
- Organize events of the trust and for the popularity of it locally.
- Create and advance systems and methods for local fundraising
- Analyses and improvement of internal standards and processes
- Generate and organize road shows about e.g. self-awareness, children rights, and women rights
- Supporting in administrative work
