Krishi Unnati Mela is a three-day event launched by Prime Minister Narendra Modi on 19 March 2016 in Delhi.
Knowledge Sharing Trust participated in “ Krishi Unnati Mela ” under Ministry of Agriculture under initiatives of organic farming in agriculture. The objective of the fair is to create awareness among farmers about the latest agriculture-related technological developments. During the event Prime Minister Narendra Modi will also unveil a portal on organic farming and lay the foundation stone of 25 Krishi Vigyan Kendras. A theme pavilion on doubling of farmers income, organic farming, cooperatives, farm inputs, will be there to further assist farmers with the latest developments in the farming techniques.
